Role Purpose
Opportunity to join an expanding Marketing team for the fastest growing technology company on the NZX and ASX!
At Blackpearl Group, we love building cutting edge products and are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to level up all of Pearl Diver’s ads, social, website, and comms. This role will be within the product venture Pearl Diver a real-time audience and buyer intent platform built for marketers and agencies.
Working with the Head of Marketing, you’ll plan, create, schedule, and publish content for ads, social, eDM and web, while supporting ABM strategies that help our sales team win the right accounts. You’ll take raw product info and turn it into sharp, on-brand creative that’s easy to launch, test, and scale.
The Team
You’ll join a fast-paced marketing team focused on driving growth for Pearl Diver a key part of the Blackpearl Group. You will collaborate closely with every team across the business to refine messaging and ads and execute our GTM strategy.
You'll report directly to the head of marketing and work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader go-to-market sales strategies.
What you'll do
- Plan a rolling content calendar across ads, social, web, eDM, and Sales ABM needs
- Create product-led content including ad creatives, social assets, landing page content blocks, and product visuals
- Write and refine short-form product messaging for different channels and audiences as well as long form case studies
- Collaborate with the Head of marketing to define Pearl Diver’s GTM strategy and execute it
- Build content variations for testing, including multiple formats, hooks, and visual styles
Ideal Profile
- Proven B2B Expertise: 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- A strong portfolio showing high quality design work across all digital channels
- A strong understanding of B2B SaaS and the go-to-market function.
- A creative mindset and a keen eye for visually appealing content aligned to commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relay key value proposition messages and content to sales teams, customers, agencies, and external communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva or similar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools, ideally HubSpot
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML or web design principles
- Familiarity with Webflow
- Video editing or motion graphics experience
